As a longtime, pampered fan, I have to say there were no real surprises in the interludes. But we can't ask genius to outdo genius every time....well produced, catchy song with many of his 'trademark' elements.

@TheKidstarj You are right....sounds very much like a keyboard in fact. Might be the most remarkable aspect of this performance, even more so than his blistering legato runs.

Ha ha, Halford went all scream and adapted to a difficult Dio rendition. Halford is not metal lord for nothing. Not the same as how Dio would have sung it, but great in its own way. Stop arguing, you idiots....yeah, you know who I am talking to.

lol, didn't notice that! What should I say, spam or not is in the eyes of the beholder! :P As for why...I guess any popular figure and esp somebody who has achieved something remarkable (her calendar slam) attracts a following that sometimes becomes fanatical.
