So, I re-installed SV and opened up one of my old projects (the second one that developed the glitches) and made a few edits and tried to render it, it got to about 50% and froze and I had to force SV to close. When I watched the video it had half rendered it had no file length and the music was scratchy. I think that file is too corrupted to work even with a different version of SV. :(
I seem to be able to make videos that are under 1 minute and 20 seconds without any problems, but if I go over that then it picks up the glitches.
I'm going to redo my video but separate the song into sections of 1.20, and put the song parts into different project files, then render them together into one video when I've finished. It's a lot of faffing about but I refuse to give up on this project! x
If I download SV again will I still be able to open the projects I've already started? I really don't want to lose them as weeks of work went into them.

But if I ignore my firewall warnings and install it will my computer be ok.
