This is my video of my half term break with my horses.
Went really fast, so now I am back to Uni work and assignments fun fun!!!
Cloey's hacking improved a lot this week as at the start of the week she was kicking out like in this video she was really tense and she was taking off in the field, by the end of the week she was hacking quietly down the road all relaxed and walking with only a slight prance through the field! I couldn't be happier with her she really is just great!!
Candles is behaving nicely for mum and dad too and I am getting to play with her more now as I actually like the new saddle a lot... i didn't like the old one so I wouldn't ride her haha. And I am over the moon that Mum is letting me do some clicker with her!! Sooo Happy with her!! She is such a quick learner.x
Molly is in two photos in here I think, I went and gave her a fuss the other day and got her out and groomed her when I was waiting for everyone to come back from a hack.
No videos from today in here as all I did was chase horses round the field for 2 hours trying to seperate a mare and her foal, we did it and the little horsey is now in with my BIG girls :) Hopefully they will all get along well. :)

Just for the record, due to many stupid people, I do have to clarify that I did not make my horse do this, yes I am fully aware my horse saved my skin big time and I was very lucky. However, I do not wish to be told I "shouldnt ride" if i "cant handle" a little trip. End of.
LOL. im sure thats your first thought. :') that was the funniest thing thats happened to me in a long time.
Want to know what happened? Well,
-firstly he tripped at the first jump and i got tipped forward
-he landed and i ended up on his neck
-then the second jump was when i lost my stirrups
-third and fourth jump i clung on for dear life
-then he galloped off because with no rein contact he panics
-then i jumped back on and turned him before he chucked me off
so thats how it happened. what an angel. just to say, even though i was on his neck i was kicking and urging him over the fences and he didnt do it on his own. i knew if i stopped i would have been on the floor.
so yeah, very amusing, my instructor was so shocked he thought i was going to fall ;) my stickablity is paying off! ahha
