I am stepping up my interests in restoring and modifying cars esp Porsche's because they are dead simple. Stuart said to me that a farm with sheds full of old cars preserved in the Spanish heat and im checking it out in March when im on the continent seeing my brothers and the Geneva motor show.

Kraftwerk has always intrigued me since I was a kid, Germany is not known for talented musicians but in electronica and techno, they sussed it out even though alot of it originated from Detroit. I never heard of Tangerine Dream.
Lamborghini have stepped up production over the past 10 years at their Santa Agata plant with the Gallardo and Murcielago/Aventador models and they are making stunning vehicles under VW Audi Group ownership especially with the new Aventador. That in the bg is my friends Murcielago LP640-4, I never owned a Lamborghini, yet. I may get a Countach but I have no need for it because I currently got and have ordered loads of vehicles already.

The amount of cars that are being simply abandoned in Dubai is shocking, I had a call from a Sheikh friend asking if I can have the cars for free. People apparently have abandoning supercars for the Ford F150 Raptor, which I also recently got.

The changes and financial figures are mental, my grandad would have a fit if he heard those figures now, 8.5 tonnes p/h for sitting on my arse on a £250,000 tractor bigger than the farmhouse. And he as a kid used a horse drawn plough and it did have no seat, until the first tractor arrived on site in 1929, in which people from a village when he was contracting dropped everything to see him with the first petrol engined tractor in the area where everyone had horses. An Irish built Fordson Model N for £220.

That is the great contribution that USA has provided; enhanced efficiency in food production. My dad said that in the1960's 3 tonnes per hectare was considered good on the family farm in Wales, now with modern tech on precise spraying of pesticides & fertiliser, sewing technology, anti-bird alarms, fungicide, herbicides, ripping up hedgerows, GPS tech & other range of stuff last year I done 8.5 tonnes p/hectare give or take of wheat on the flatter & more fertile fields of Cheshire which last year covered 2,000 acres of land.

I have heard of Oliver Allis Chalmers and Fageol and most of those brands faded out over they years, I am more into Case, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Steyr, Fendt & Deutz Fahr along with others. My grandad had a 3 wheeled Allis Chalmers which toppled over once and nearly killed him. He went back to the little Fergie, in which my dad still got both but both no good for modern work.

The technology in them is utterly out of this world. Humble simplicity from the groundbreakingly advanced 3 linkage Ferguson of post war Britain has made way for Starship Enterprise stuff on the Fendt of Germany. Auto pilot, air con, cruise control, semi auto box with touch button shift, GPS guidance for fields, Garmin tracking devices, sprung cab and seat and over 550hp, more than my first car which had only 440hp.

There are millions to be won with various Spanish lotteries, go to elgGordo.com and there is a massive range of lotteries to choose from. A personal fav of mine is the Euromillions which is Europewide. Because of the dire economic situation here, people are lotto mad, thinking it would save the day. That and horse racing.
