Goliath gloves are obtain from the dominion tower after killing 500 of any combination of bosses, as well as the following bosses being killed at least once; Nomad, 'Do No Evil' monkeys, Dagannoth Sentinels, The Untouchable, Balance elemental and Ice Demon.
You can wield any weapon with the gloves, but the damage/ accuracy boost does not apply unless you are unarmed.
When unarmed, your punches will be a lot more accurate and powerful. They also have a chance of performing a special attack, which stuns your opponent and reduces their combat stats by 10. In a multi-combat area, they will hit up to 5 opponents with their special, including you. (This may or may not be a bug).
Their bonuses also surpass those of Barrows gloves from RFD.
They also have a use within the Dominion tower itself, they can be used to kill Flambeed or Fareed with significant ease, since attacking them will disarm you of your weapon and ice gloves waste inventory space. They're also useful for killing Toktz-Ket-Dill after its armour has been chipped away.
They have a very low protection value, and if lost on death you must get a new pair from the Dominion Tower. You unlock more replacements for lost gloves for ever 5 bosses you kill.
