Depends what you have messed up, some people don't even notice bad brews. Just did a Finladia Dark Ale and it tasts fizzy like pop on the tongue, so strange, used DME which could be cause, I am giving it 3 weeks to condition and if its still rank its being poured down sink.

@whatsbrewinguk Just got a kit today, had a hop packet in it also which was a shock as never seen one except for your video, also made me boil it for 15 mins which seemed a long time, smelt awful as well ha, but should help with the finished stuff.

In theory, the more yeast the faster it should go, but you will have tons of yeast left over in the beer, but people say yeast takes out the weird flavours, so maybe it would mature faster? But honestly Coopers seem to ferment fully faster the most other kits from what i've seen on craigtube etc....
