I'm a general contractor in Santa Monica, have been in the industry for 35 years and have been running my own company, Coy Construction, for 9 years. I went into business for myself to provide high-quality craftsmanship at competitive prices for my clients with an eye for detail and the utmost respect and integrity.

I worked on many crews over the years that scrimped on materials, craftsmanship and did not provide conscientious and honest regard for their clients. I love the industry and I am concerned with my client's satisfaction. Over the years, I have assembled a professional, educated, courteous, respectable, hard working and honest crew. As a team, we work together to keep our clients informed about how, where and why their money is being spent and caring for their property and their project as our own.

I am licensed, bonded and insured including coverage for multiple unit dwellings such as condominiums, town homes and apartments.

No job is too big or too small and we believe in saving you money by doing it right the first time! Time and time again, we have been hired to resolve the cut corners made by previous contractors and their construction crews. We understand the long-term value of doing work correctly.

We have worked on residential homes, large and small, to high-end recording studios and commercial properties. From new construction to remodels, sound-proofing home or office, weather-proofing, windows and doors, custom craftsmanship, and reconstructing homes for wheelchair access and monorail systems, we know our business.

We believe in sustainability and green building and continue to educate ourselves in order to bring the highest quality construction, complete client satisfaction and a beautiful finished product.
