For more than 28 years, Cowboy Santas have provided toys, games and books at no cost to children of families that meet the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. If you have children between birth and 12 years of age, and you fall within the 150 percentile of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines, you may qualify to receive toys for your children.
