@ThoughtlessCreations I had a cat once and it had its claws...we got it a scratching post but it still decided to scratch up our $500 lazyboy, and more. I think it goes against nature having claws removed, but if it's to be a strictly indoor pet, it's kinda needed unless you like any of your fur...
