@SHELLMADDE if the horse was in pain or didnt want to jump it. it wouldnt... there is no possible way a human could MAKE a horse go over it. its not cruel, the horse was willing to go over it.

Its not animal abuse at most rodeos. They are all BROKE horses just they have a cinch on that is uncomfortable making them buck. These arent just random wild horses people hop on.
Although I HIGHlY dislike the Cheyenne rodeo in particular...
