Jim, The Lopi Liberty actually is a non-catalytic stove. It uses air tubes and secondary heated air to re-burn the smoke and gases to give it such a high efficiency burn. As far as the warped baffle support it is an indication you are burning too hot. Where and how did you measure the 1200 de...
