About The East Kent Cowboy

These videos were created using photos and video clips from my travels and music recorded in my own home studio using my Yamaha Tyros keyboard or my Epiphone, Tanglewood and Hofner guitars.
The "live" videos were recorded at various "open mic" nights in England and the USA and at the Pioneer Center in Oregon .

About this user

I have been singing ever since I learned to talk. I started singing in public in 1966 at the Dover Castle public house in Woolwich, S.E. London.
In 1968 I was a resident singer at the Foc'sle folk club at the Falstaff in Dover.
During the 1970s I toured the pubs, clubs and hotels of East Kent as the lead singer of a C&W group called The Reapers.
These days, when I'm not in the USA, I can often be found in the Carpenter's Arms at Coldred on a Saturday night.
