It is a collection of videos on the topic of mental illness/health and alternative views. The emphasis is on real recovery and well being for those often defined by psychiatry as 'intractable' and focuses on Self Definition. It is connected to my Websites on the same themes.

This channel is connected to my Website(s) which is about changing or exposing the things which I believe are seriously wrong with the mental 'illness' system. It should be working at empowering individuals to be Self defining with Boundaries, to be unique and mutually respectful, but too often it is engaged in invalidating people, ridiculing them, judging them from a nice safe distance away, dismissing their concerns and emotions while controlling them...It really has to stop.
If at some point if I become able to upload my own videos, I will. Until then though, I will create a collection here of those done by others which I find to be of interest, or benefit, in one way or another, in relation to my own personal experience and recovery.
A part of that will be just for pure entertainment value. Laughing at the absurdity of the system has helped me a whole lot and it may help you some too.
In any case, sharing of the experience on our own terms tends to make each of us stonger as individuals as well as a group.
