Quando i pesi vanno oltre 100 kg, un'esecuzione tecnicamente ideale è molto difficile (parere da dilettante totale quale io sono). A m non sembra pessima, inoltre certi errori si notano solo dopo avere visto il filmato di un'esecuzione. Solo così si migliora.

Mi fido di quanto dici ma il concetto non cambia, secondo me. Anche se fosse "solo" un istruttore di pugilato o un amateur che vuole dare consigli, resterebbe il fatto che non è facile parlare di certi gesti tecnici mentre li si sta mettendo in pratica.
