Wow! This takes me back! Saw Mylon in Ft. Myers, Florida in 1989, if I remember correctly. It was my son's first concert, and as a 3 year old, knew all the words. He loved "Trains Up in The Sky", and would sing it as I played the cassette tape. He has almost completed his Master's Degree & is the Youth Pastor at our church in Indiana (my husband is the Senior Pastor). This is great music that stands the test of time!

The videos really take me back to a time in my life when life was so cool, new to the faith, on fire, and I felt I could change the world, boy I would love some of that feelings again, Broken heart and Mylon truly touched my life then, and know.

Hi Cottonpayton! I'm very new to youtube & I did not realise that anyone can pretty much represent anyone. I thought that you were a Christan guitarist I'd met very briefly a long time ago. At any rate... whoEVER you may be... God Bless!

Hi Cottonpayton: I just want to thankyou for all of your contributions to Christian rock...incredible guitar solos! This video brings me back to a time when I was a "baby" Christian...a beautiful young woman leaving a "wild" lifestyle in my wake, taking up my cross & attempting to follow in His footsteps. I am so thankful that He provided Broken Heart, Stryper & other Christian rock bands that really helped my transition. I hope that you'll always be used for His kingdom & glory. He is ALL that there is! (By the way, I met you briefly after a concert yrs. ago. You wanted to talk more but I sort of rushed away. A llooooonnnnnggg time ago. God Bless you.)

wait... maybe it was a sunset. I can't remember. :(
It would be easy to record and post though. Hint, hint.

Do you know David Payton? I'm just curious cuz I knew him once. He used to sing this song I loved. It was about God creating a rainbow just for me. *sigh* I loved really that song.
