I got this for the girlfriend, very much could great for both sexes. It's a sexy melon...very unique if you ask me. Cornflake endorsed fragrance.

Prada Infusion is the one you can get away with as a professional. I tried this at the hospital and didn't get complaints but everyone knew i was wearing a fragrance.

Got the sample today, reminds me of Bois Blonds by Atelier. Citrus and woods, but has a little more spice.

I hated how much Gucci was pushed on me when I would wander into the Bay. I couldn't believe the reaction I would get from the SA's when I would be not impressed. They acted like I shot a dog or something. So irritating, Shoppers was similar with Boss Orange....but it's Shoppers so I understan...

Thanks for the initial thoughts. Thought M was a pass, and Barbare interested me, but glad to know it's better for day time. Don't need any daytime fragrances right now.

Great review, I love the rose myself. Lyric has been on my sample list for a while. I love wearing my Opus 1870 by Penhaligon's in the winter.

No way it's anything like L'Artisan's Aoud fragrance..i do enjoy this one, had a 10ml decant that I'm about done and i dont think i'll buy a bottle. I do get quite a bit of compliments though.

Green Irish Tweed 120ml Bottle 85% remaining

Guerlain's Bois D'Armenie 20ml Decant, approx 19ml left

Amouage Jubilation 25, 10ml Decant, 1 spray missing.

Frapin 1270, 30ml Decant, approx 28ml remaining

I own a decant of it, and I find it sometimes too sweet and too pricey for what they ask for it. I grab pure malt more than i grab for this when i want a sweet boozy fragrance.

Depends on how sneakerhead you are. Even if they reissue them (sure they will) you will have the first issue of the shoe....which holds some clout to them. But 800 is over what you'll ever get for them, and with 800 you could get 2 or 3 dope pairs for sure.

Yes, this one takes a while to get used to. At first I was taken back by the osmanthus. I read a review that totally said what I thought....i thought it was jasmine at first. But while I usually hate jasmine in fragrances (too floral) this has way more depth than anything that I've ever relate...

I haven't smelt this in a while, i do remember thinking it was too feminine lol. I love vanilla (own SDV and TV), next on my sample list though is mona's vanille...seems interesting.

Sad to hear the news...didn't find out till today. I bought 10ml for the mrs previously...it's a beauty scent, that's for sure.

I'll have to check out the rose. I quite enjoy rose myself. In the dead of winter, I love Penhaligon's Opus 1870. Great dry rose and cedarwood...simple..but i love it.

I want to check out Lyric Man, as it's suppose to be a great rose fragrance as well.

Great review. One of my fav date scents. Doesn't last incredibly long..but I don't need it to. Doesn't project, but it isn't suppose to. I grab for it often.

Have you had a chance to smell Bois d'Armenie by Guerlain? Think you might enjoy it.

I bought this when it first came out, and loved the compliments I got here on it. I don't think anybody had it out..but I got sick of the smell....too synthetic and piercing of a smell for me. Sold it, and glad I did...as it's everywhere now.

Pardon vs Duro? Are both worthy of a spot in a rotation, or better to chose one?

While I don't mind this, I already own Angel Men and Pure Malt..so I couldn't feel the need to purchase this. Plus, the chili thing I think I would skip over it and grab Pure Malt instead for those settings I would use it.

I actually liked the Alien or the Angel ones more than this.

Great review, I enjoy some oud. I have to sample this, but I think I'll try to wait to see if they get a bigger size.

My fall picks: John Varvatos original. Great for fall dates, ladies love it...doesn't last too long, but long enough for a fall evening for me.

L'Artisan's Coeur de Vetiver Sacre. Reminds me loads of Gucci PH2, but without the smokiness, and adding more fruit.

I have both L'Humaniste and 1270 and i find both are poor when it comes to samples vials. I had a L'Humaniste sample before buying last year and it was gone in like 2 hours, but with the bottle atomizer it lasts longer. I imagine 1270 could be similar.

Love this scent...hopefully I'll get my hands on a decant at some point. After lots of thought, don't think it's full bottle, for many of the reasons you mentioned. I think for a leather, I would use Heeley's Plein Fleur fragrance more often than this one. Still love both of them though. Thank...

Too boring for me, already have my lemon dominated frag with allure blanche. Sur la Nil is my relaxed spring/summer scent....

Looking forward to seeing if I can get a deal on the sell/swap thread next month lol.
