I'm an undefeated professional boxer with a record of 11 wins, 7 knockouts; ranked number 2 in the world by the WIBA in the Bantam weight division (122lbs).
Boxing aside, I've appeared in films such as, "The Guardian" opposite Kevin Costner and Aston Kutcher, "The Last Adam" with Leonard Roberts and Tony nominated actress Anita Gillette, as well as a co-starring role with Billy Zane in, "Bet your life". On TV you may have seen me in series such as, The Middle Man, ABC's "LOST", NBC's "HEROS", CBS's "Ghost Whispers" and "CSI: NY." I was also the winner of the NBC/Joel Silver collaboration, "The Next Action Star."
When I'm not acting, I keep myself busy as a celebrity trainer with clients including Damon Wayans, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez, Richard Gladstein and Allie Lauder from NBC's hit "HEROS."
