If you watched the anime look at the time where the legendary super saiyan is explained. It shows the transformed state and it's the great ape with golden hair. And it's shown in DBZ not DBGT, during the Frieza saga I believe. The manga also explains it in detail but isn't in color ...

Read the Manga Cell wasn't even trying in his SP state and Gohan even admitted that at his best he couldn't win. SP Cell was stronger than SSJ2 Gohan.

Lol Sonic moves at super sonic speed not light speed. And some dbz characters like Kid Buu can move at light speed or faster. And unlike what this vid says each SSj form is 5ox stronger so it's a 5000% increase not 500.
