About Me:

Elder Pamela Rodgers was born Pamela Brown in St. Louis, Missouri. After 3 years of walking with the Lord, she was called to assist her pastor, Bishop Michael A. Bates, in full time ministry in 1988. Leaving a position of 13 years with Southwestern Bell, Eld. Rodgers assumed the position of Administrative Secretary and Personal Assistant to the pastor. During the following 15 years, Eld. Rodgers served as a Youth Pastor, Lead Intercessor, Praise & Worship Leader and Teacher. When Eld. Rodgers was diagnosed with Arthritis, after suffering many years with severe pain, she decided to declare her divine health and sought God for something to do to defy its hold on her body and testify of His delivering Power. In 2001 she began Praise Dancing under the mentorship of Erica C. Bates-Hill and now heads a Dance Ministry of her own, Continual Praise. In 2004 she married Pastor Bennie Rodgers and relocated to Manassas, Virginia where she labors beside her husband as Co-pastor of New Fellowship Baptist Church. Elder Rodgers is a proud mother of a daughter, Robin Brown, a son, Larrion Brown, and the world's most perfect grandchildren, Jaden Arrion, Victoria Grace and Ozoxxi Heru as well as three step children Bennie, Jr., Ebone and Ariel.

	ContinualPraiseNFBC (1 year ago) My Dear Sistah, I am 53 years old. Degenerative bone loss and Osteo-arthiritis has afflicted my body for many years. Praise Dancing is my living testimony that God has given me victory over these enemies. Never say you are too old to serve God in any capacity. God does not call the qualified, He qualifies those He calls. He annointed Ahab at 90 years of age to out run the king's chariots. Caleb was 80 years old when he acquired his promise from God and he stated he was more ready for war at that age than he was when God first promised it. Ministry through dance is only 1% dance and 99% obediance to God. If you feel Him pulling you in this direction, OBEY and continue to obey Him in your movement, song selection, garments and all aspects of ministry. Be encouraged my Sistah. A DREAM is a Divinely Revealed Event Awaiting Manisfestation...and it has no expiration date! Joy, Peace and Love overflowing!!!
