Add these lines to your skyrim.ini file. Don't add [Actor] if it already exists in the file.

This completely fixes the arrow and spellcast range issues.

Why not transform and join in the raid?

For Fallout 3 I downloaded a mod that let me kill the children. Good times. Waiting for Nexus to make a Skyrim equivalent. For me, being a child simply means you get to be a jerk and get away with it, therefore they deserve no mercy.
