@firestream93 Me, too. That fantastic guitar solo midway into the song was actually a guest performance by William Reed from Jesus and Mary Chain fame. It takes an already great song and makes it even better. Really amazing work.

They are trying to sound like Catherine Wheel here, with bad results. Rob Dickinson and co. were miles ahead of these guys, musically. "Broken Nose" is ten times the song this will ever be.

The intro reminds me a bit of "Destroy the Heart" by "The House of Love", but, then, the song takes off in a totally different direction. The part of the song past the 2:00 mark is pure gold.

Heard the song on the radio in 1992, and absolutely loved it, but then forgot about it. I'm so glad I found it here again. These guys also had another phenomenal song called "Wallflower", but sadly, it's not on youtube anymore :-(

Such a gorgeous, translucent beauty of a song.

Amazing song. Also, is it just me or could the repeating part from 0:14 to 0:24 have influenced the Pixies' song "Dead"? The phrasing is so similar! In either case, I consider these two songs musical cousins of sorts.

The entire "reel to reel" album is fantastic, but this is my favorite song off of it!
