I bet you only get failures like this on PC because you upped the frequency. After about 50 hours of track time on the PS3 I have only ever had KERS and DRS faults which the team fix ridiculously quickly.

The worst failure I've had in F1 2011 is either the KERS or DRS being broken for about 5 laps. I never get stuff like this, or safety cars, or Red Flags.
