@OutsmarttheSystem I think I'd have to go with Nocturne. It's a little less repetitive, the vocals were a little more impressive. I also REALLY loved the lead guitar on Nocturne, which was absent here. I do really like this album, but I LOVE Nocturne.

I'd like to think Dillinger is more than a band. The Dillinger Escape Plan is an attitude, a way of thinking. What started out as a metal band from Jersey has become something SOOO much more, and they deserve it, and I think the musical world needs it more than ever.

OBVIOUSLY, this guy's a hack. He sure ain't no Joey Jordison... Not enough speedy blast beats, and why's it look like this guy's actually paying attention to which drum he's hitting!?!? AND why isn't he hitting EVERYTHING as hard as humanly possible?

I don't like the song or the solo really. I feel it's REALLY repetitive and overrated. I like the Rolling Stones and all, but blues solos aren't that great to begin with. Either way, it's a matter of opinion. That's just mine.

I don't have an issue with a cappella, but it's comical to hear people saying "Battery," "BattAAARRRY" and "Rock guitar." It's unique, but not that good IMO.

Les Paul Studio is my favorite guitar, but I really think you need a better amp, man. The Fender and the Digitech are completely robbing you of your guitar's awesome tone.

I like both pickups, honestly. Different sounds for different styles. I couldn't see myself using a Burstbucker PRO, though I really really like the tone.

I appreciate the comparison, but as a guitarist, I really need to ask... What's guitarists obsession with blues? Damn near every guitar video is either really crappy metal, or ridiculously overplayed blues.
