Community Model Association of America

The mission of Community Model Association of America, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is to educate the public and train professionals in community model criminal justice, and to promote and maintain exemplary standards for community model criminal justice programs, in order to benefit individuals in the criminal justice system and the public at large.
In 2009, CMAA sponsored a documentary filming about Community Model in Corrections®, an offender helping offender program created by Penny patton, LPC and Morgan Moss, LPC, at the Southside Regional jail in Emporia, VA.
