I just watch doctor who and it be funny to see like secrets like in the side of videos just out of sight maybe some items or something from some European shows like doctor who and torchwood :D

My opinion is they might not release the tools immediately but most likely they have learned and will make sure at one point to make the tools at one point. Mods make or break a game and no mods break it.
