It's amazing that the designers put that tiny little difference in the ending. And no mention of it, no bad ending if you don't save them, just a tiny speck if you do.

And then, years later they made the creatures have an important role in the ending of a sequel.

And Second: during this fight if they have all those mirrors up, you can have lufia use arrows or a single mid arrow, since they deal roughly the same dama...

Actually, I remember reading in the manual that the abnormal terrain types all increase your encounter rate. They just gave a bunch of different reasons for it.

I usually don't bother giving Lufia any new weapons. It just increases her weight, and she barely ever needs to use melee.

With lower weight, she gets more turns per battle, and that means more thunderbolts. It won't make that much of a difference early on, but she starts outpacing the other c...
