So genannte „Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund" werden häufig mit gesellschaftlichen und individuellen Problemen in Verbindung gebracht: Armut, schlechte Bildung, Kriminalität, Perspektivlosigkeit. Migrantische Jugendliche -- allesamt Sorgenkinder, Kostenfaktoren, Problemproduzenten? Weit gefehlt! Junge Leute aus Einwandererfamilien sind kreativ und kulturell produktiv. Sie profitieren von ihrem Migrationshintergrund.

Er ist nicht nur Belastung und Konfliktstoff, sondern ermöglicht Lebensweisen und kulturelle Produktionen, die Nicht-Migranten größtenteils abgehen. Er vermittelt spezifische Ressourcen und bildet umfangreiche Potenziale. Dass dies der Fall ist, nehmen Öffentlichkeit, Politik und Pädagogik bisher kaum wahr.

Diese Ignoranz läuft Gefahr, migrantische Jugendliche in eine Art von kulturellem Ghetto abzudrängen, trägt damit zu Prozessen der Selbstethnisierung bei und unterläuft so die inzwischen allerorts bekundete Integrationspolitik.

Hier möchte die Come see Culture Gruppe dagegem wirken und die MigranntenInnen als wertvolle Künstler der Jugendkultur Hip Hop sichtbar machen und für Nachwuchs Künstler im Raum (Berchtesgadener Land - Traunstein - Salzburg) sorgen.
