I'm pleasant, very easy-going, a good guy fundamentally, fun-loving, self-sufficient, confident, adventurous, spontaneous and very straight forward, with few fears and even less hang-ups. I am independent. I love my own company and my own independence, and my closest friends.

I enjoy outdoor sports. My current activities are sailing, kite-surfing, running along the beach with my dog, and off-roading.

I don't sleep much.

The gym for me is as much about meditation as it is recovery from my voracious appetite.

I love smells. Perfumes, leathers, ..home cooking.

I'm capable of tremendous passion, in all aspects of my life--I thrive on it.

I live very large, and I live life to the fullest much of the time.

A vacation for me is defined simply by the ability to sleep in; after-which, I'm easily satisfied.

I seem to have this kleptomaniac trait when it comes to hotel toiletries.

The most important aspect in any relationship is trust. The absolute worst experience of my life is betrayal.

What I look for in the company I keep are people who are independent of thought, self-sufficient in spirit, intelligent, confident, fun, humorous, mature, and easy going. Fundamentally good people and who are capable of putting others before themselves, when appropriate. I appreciate approachability, though I respect others' space as much as my own. People who can be serious, mature-minded and a smart-ass at times. I have a very keen appreciation for wit (but too little of it myself).

K9 companions have always been a part of my life, so: must love dogs.

My last meal will be at Le Bernardin. With Inniskillin.
