half the hits in the nhl that end up being suspensions, most are avoidable. Why would you turn and give a guy your number when you know hes going to finish his check. You deserve it. Eberle the other night when torres hit him, he knew he was in a vulnerable position and didnt protect himself.

Scott. Your workouts are great, been doing the burn sets for a few weeks and am seeing great results. Although, with the first set (burn set) being a heavy weight, isn't their risk of muscle tear and strain going super heavy without a proper warm/build up?

this song was the perfect song for the scene in greys. this guy has one amazing voice. Its also kind of nice to see such raw talent, and not an artist who takes advantage of his/her talent and becomes an ass-hat with power.
