Im a classical Cellist who has a wide rande of Repitoure from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods. Im also the host of Endulging views a news/awareness page on Facebook.

Cody began playing the cello when he was five years old. He first studied under Anne Yang doing Suzuki who was based in campbelltown, before moving to Wollongong and changing to AMEB in 2002. Cody then studied cello with Irish Folk Player and AMEB examiner Rita woolhouse who also conducted the junior string orchestra at the Wollongong conservatorium of music. Cody now currently is under the guidence of cello Teacher Illar Mershushi who is a famous Albanian cellist. Cody also does Music Theory and has learnt theory of Meryl Powel and now is under the guidence of John spence who is an Australian Composer based at the Wollongong Conservatorium of Music. During the past 14 years of playing cello Cody has been in the Fishers Ghost Youth Orchestra, Junior string Orchestra, Bluescope Steel Youth Orchestra, and senior Camerats for 2 months and on occasion the Charles sturt Orchestra for the Riverina Summer School for strings. At the riverina summer school for strings Cody has featured on their main brochure for information and has been on the news for promotion purposes. Whilst doing the Suzuki movement Cody has also performed at the Opera house in sydney for Graduations in front of a full house audience. Cody has also won Eistedfords in Wollongong winning two sections the Restricted solo section 12 years and under and strings solo 12 years and under in 2004 and whad an article about him in the Illawarra Mercurary and in 2005 he won the Ted Mant Memorial trophy for encouragement in 2005. Joining Bluescope in late 2006 cody has toured with them to spain in 2008 and in 2010 he toured with them to France, Germany and Switzerland. The Orchestra is Conducted by Nigel Edwards and Managed By Tanya Phillips. During the hsc in 2010 Cody decided to branch out as a solo cellist and play for weddings and functions and has played at over 10 different functions including a major school principal function for the ERC Principal conference. He also branches out and forms quartetes and trios for functions but mainly plays as a solo cellist and producing a classical repitoure from all periods of music aging back from the Baroque period, classical period, Romantic to now our modern day 21st centurary music. After the HSC in 2010 cody decided to go to TAFE and study a Diploma/Advanced diploma of music studying under the tutors of Micheal Barkel who has a fellowship of Music in Double Bass, Docterate in electronic Music and Many PHD's in Music subjects and he is also in the Wollongong Symphony Orchestra, Katrina Love who is an AMEB Examiner, and currently doing her Masters in music and is also a private Music piano teacher. From here Cody plans to do his 8th Grade through the Advanced diploma of Music under the AMEB CPM format and go on to do a Bachelor of Music Performance/Education and also has been inspired to get a fellowship of Music in cello by Micheal Barkel. Cody loves the cello and has developed a real passion for it over the years he has been playing, To him the cello creates another lanuage and cody promotes that Music is the Universal Lanuage that everybody can understand or relate to in anyway and Being a solo cellist Cody promotes music through his playing to other people.
