About this user
Son of amazing parents who have taught me many things. Blessed by their uprightness and faith in God. I am a part of them. They are masterpieces, composed by God, and I am but the coda. And this is my being a coda - sharing in the culture of my parents while existing in my own (following the musical definition of coda - the tail end, which for me, means the tail end of a masterpiece that is my parents). I am coda. I am not C.O.D.A. But I do use the acronym for the title of the channel - child of Deaf adult Christians (codac).
Addendum:
I have no ill feelings towards the organization, or those who cherish C.O.D.A. I understand the sentiment - that's how I feel about coda. Just so people know, it's a preference of mine. It's never been about identity for me.
My fam all make an appearance on this channel. Dad, mother, sisters and their husbands, and my wife. Pretty cool.
