While I have been known to lie, I must honestly admit that Lucky Shut-In Music's own flagship band, the Coal Bin Bros., just may be "The Best 3-man Comedic Prog-Folk-Rock Band You Never Heard!" These minstrels three have two folked-up albums in the can, a third in the works and are appearing on a 30th anniversary to KISS' most popular album ,Dynasty! The Bros. have covered all the hottest subjects: death, space-taxis, politics, bars, bans being lifted, zombified samurai, disco, religious cults, Bingo, and dog-neutering ... just to name a few! ZIPPY: To this fine fellow goes the dubious honor of being the most classically trained of the Coal Bin Bros. Rumor has it that his amazin' pianer-playing skills were attained through a deal with the Devil...a deal that cost him not only his immortal soul, but his hair as well! Undaunted, he soldiers on, adding a ridiculous, oft-progressive edge to the most mundane of songs!

MATTY-O: When he's not putting a dog in a headlock, Matt spends his time providing the Coal Bin Bros. With their entire rhythm section as well as a veritable soufflé of lead guitar licks and layers. The essential quiet one, unconcerned with singing; preferring to speak through bluesy guitar solos, walking basslines and positively percussive percussion.

Grateful to leave the tricky solos to the other guys, wed also call him the eye-candy of the group, but we wont since that is tantamount to statements such as Wow, look there! That's got to be the tallest midget I ever done seen!
