I can't believe I'm not surprised he's done this.

He not only kissed the blarney stone he took a bite out of it.

I first heard this on retreat ~1972 and I've never forgotten how deeply it touched me and hearing it again it still touches me, and challenges me to live a more aware life - aware of how my actions and attitudes effect those I profess to love.

The first time I saw "the kiss" like everyone else I shouted FINALLY!!!!! But the second time around all I could think of was ewwww - morning breath yuck.

When I start to wonder if there will EVER be another good movie made...I watch this again. There isn't a single second of this that doesn't either make me laugh out loud or just sit in awe of the talents that are Michelle Pfeiffer, Jeff Bridges and Beau Bridges.

I listen to this and I'm 4 yrs. old again - in the back seat of my mom's studebaker on the way to pick up my brothers at school - What wonderful, easy, endless days those were. Oh how I miss them.
