This gun looks like a good enough tactical 22 to settle for. It's basically this, the Remington or the Ruger SR-22 for us up here in terms of Non-Restricted tactical .22's.

I'm REALLY struggling to decide what I want with regards to a tactical 22 but for the price and look of the Tactical 22 I just don't think I can go wrong. And as an amateur gun owner it's plenty simple enough

@BombDiggity1717 The length. The M&P is a fair bit shorter. One of the things that makes a rifle restricted is if it can be fired under 26". The M&P can, the Mossbert is 33" minimum.
