@Trendichic101 Sit ups won't save your stomach. Need a lot of crunches torso twists, etc. But MyoclonicSlug is right you can't just reduce your stomach. You would have to do full body workouts several times a week and change your diet. But considering you're 14 not gonna expect much of that lol.
