Introduction:

Hello to everyone and thanks for visiting my page. The Best Rapper Alive Tournament is a project in which I will attempt to find out who YouTube viewers really feel is the best rapper or hiphop artist. I am a big fan of hiphop music. However I do feel that the quality of good hiphop music has declined in the recent years. I'm not really feeling the most popular artists in hiphop today, but I do surf YouTube a lot and see many arguments between YouTube members on who's poppin and whos not. So to get to the bottom of it, I've designed a simple tournament on my own in which I will pit different rap artists against each other in a "battle of lyrics" and then review the comments of the viewers of the battle to see which rapper did the majority of the viewers vote for.

The Method:

- 128 Rap Artists Chosen to compete in a bracket elimination "rap-off" (Similiar to the NCAA Basketball Tournament)
- Contest not open to the deceased (i.e. 2pac, Biggie, etc.)
- Artist will use a different song for each round.

The Viewers:

- Vote by posting comment under the video of the battle.
- When commenting, make sure you tell which artist you felt won the battle, and most importantly WHY
- If you want to reply to someone else's vote, please do by hitting reply under their comment. Try not to make a new comment. New comments are for votes only.
