I currently live in Cartersville, Ga and my name is Katie . I am 44 and the proud mother of Danelle (10) and Xena (4) . Where to begin??? I have been in Corp. America for over 18 years. I then branched off and owned several businesses of my own which included but are not limited to: A Web Developing Firm, Bookkeeping company, A Chicken Restaurant, A Pizzeria, Avon Representative, and recently a Tax Preparation & Accounting Business.
I am married for the 2nd time. I was a single mother of my eldest Daughter for 6 years. I have been in a lot of businesses and helped a lot of people along the way. The reason I am here is simple. I want to hang out with the best and brightest shinning stars that I can. I am currently attending Ashford University as an On-Line student. I want my BA then CPA to go along with my life and professional experience to challenge myself and to take myself beyond my comfort zone. It is time I put my money (i.e. credits) where my mouth is and to prove to myself and my daughters that it doesn't matter how old you are, you can always be more and do more at any age.
My crowning achievement is to prove to myself that I deserve the professional credentials to back up my experience and be an inspiration to all who know me.
