About TODAY I get in P90X shape!
I am going to post weekly updates on my fitness progress. I am going to start using a program called P90X. Its a fitness program I have used before but fell off the wagon because of traveling and [insert lame excuse here]. I know it works, but I just need to keep myself accountable so hopefully these posts on youtube will help. Also, if you feel the need to encourage me thatd be great too, even if you do the opposite that will help fuel the fire within me to reach my goals.
