Martin introduces "Behind The Crooked Cross" (not to be confused with the Slayer song by the same name), and talks about his hate of racism. He also jokes us fat Americans by saying he expected to see a bunch of Homer Simpsons here.

Martin introduces "Do Dark Horses Dream Of Nightmares?", one of the most masterful songsto ever grace thrash metal. He also announces that they have finally remastered the Dreamweaver album, after being sick of seeing people make $50-$150 per copy on Ebay (I paid $54 for my original pressing CD, $24 for the remaster, $15 for the vinyl in 1991, and $8 for the cassette in 1990). Also: They're going to hang out and have a few drinks with eveyrone after the show! Awesome!

Martin introdoces "I For An Eye", talking about how some of us have been fans for 20 years, and some of us are too young for that to have been possible. Not me! I'm 34.

A random excerpt of one of the songs they played. My best guess via listening and comparing to the setlist is that this is from "The Church Bizarre", but it's quite likely I'm wrong.

Martin Walkyier talks about how the band has not had a party all week -- something unprecedented in their history. Unfortunately, Jaxx could not provide them with the party they wanted. Like most music venues -- who make a lot of money off alcohol -- they stopped selling alcohol when the show ended! I know this is standard, but WTF! They still served the band members alcohol, and they hung around for a good 30 minutes. But finally they wanted wine, and went back to their hotel room. A shame Jaxx only wants to operate during the moments that it makes the most profit.

Martin Walkyier introduces the band members. We missed drummer Simon Negus's intro, but got almost all of Simon Jones's intro, all of Gizz Butt's intro, all of Andy Sneap's intro... And of course Martin introduced himself, but this was largely unnecssary.

This tree splits into 2, so we put Oranjello into the bough. It's actually deep enough that he could not get out unassisted -- watch him try.
Meanwhile, Carolyn talks about our first cat Samhain, and how, in Blacksburg, he came home with a collar on his neck that said, "If this is your cat, please call this number." It turns out he had been trapped, but was so friendly that they decided he just couldn't be a stray, so they collared him and released him back into the wild.
