• We therefore, the People of the United States of America Declare dissolved of all erroneous and unconstitutional contracts entered into by this sleeping body, That these United States and its Constitution Rights are not for sale or trade, That we, The United States of America, was created for the freedom of Mankind to live in the pursuit of happiness, and is its right, that the United States of America is to be free and independent from international or domestic entanglements created by designed to subdue its freedoms that radiate into the world.

• We do dissolve this Governing body, for their ignorant neglect to protect the Constitution of the United States of America from Foreign and Domestic approaches, upon its Basic Rights of life, liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, and all its Constitution safe guards and principles which have been grossly neglected.
