How often should you hypnotize yourself?
I'm trying to learn self-hypnosis and a friend tells me that if you 'over-hypnotize' yourself, your subconscious will harden.? Is this true? If so, then how many times is safe?

I have a question Sir, I am a Marine, i just bought one of your books, induction and deepeners, and Ive been messing around with hypnosis for about a year or so off and on. I took a course from Gerald F. Kein. but it was more then a year ago. Anyways, thru my ventures messing around with hypnosis, (makeing marines laugh) occasionally i come accross the person that says he wants to be hypnotized and i use a modified elman induction that usually works probally 60 or 70 percent of the time. hehe heres my question sorry. How do i learn what inductions are best for the subject?

Yea You are right about that, I have got an interest in suggestion and nlp, and what I would do to impress my mates is that I would make them think I'm buying stuff from supermarkets and handing over blank peices of paper, with a walet full of it , using similar methods Derren Brown probably uses
