About the Clean Air Board of Central Pennsylvania:

Alarmed by the deteriorating air quality in Cumberland County caused by PM 2.5 (soot), as noted in a public letter signed by over three-quarters of Cumberland County physicians, a faith-based group of concerned citizens formed the Clean Air Board of Central Pennsylvania (CAB).

With input from residents, educators, health professionals, government, and industry, CABs goals are to raise community awareness and to have air pollution in Central Pennsylvania reduced to levels at which our air is safe to breathe.
