Technically the unmarked O.P.P. Chargers do have markings they're black markings on a black car, you just can't see the markings from much more than 30 feet away, so it's more of a "stealth car" than an unmarked car, it's probably one of the coolest looking new Chargers I've seen.

I think the game developers are rushing games into publication way too fast.

Sure they have deadlines to meet but a constantly glitching game really can ruin the experience.
