To add to that I'll just like to say that I feel we have the best goalkeeper in our division and we should show him a little more respect by not leaving him so exposed at times. Not sure if anyone has noticed but we have won 3 of our last 4 matches and have scored 17 goals. So that would show that we don't have problems getting goals but if we can tighten up at the back we should be able to still get a trophy this season. Anyway enjoy your holiday and let's have a productive start to the New Year.

Still in need of more players. Need some generals in this team and the word has been put out.

Due to inconsistency with the attendance of players, a few injuries and a lack of commitment on the pitch our form has dipped in recent weeks. As a team we all that we're better than how we've been performing recently and we need to get back to our winning ways. In order to do that we need to trust eachother to fight and win our individual battles and give our teammates room to breathe on the pitch. For some reason we are still over committing both to attack and defence which is leaving us lacking in options. If everyone keeps to their positions as best they can it will allow each player room to breathe when in possession of the ball. My form has dipped has dipped recently and I will be working to get back myself back on track.

Good News, My Youtube status has improved and I can now upload longer length videos. I'm still deciding if to upload two halves per match or just the single upload. Either way, it's good that I now have the ability to select. Uploads will be quicker than ever too. The team's performance and results needs to improve, I too get frustrated because I know what our collection of players can do "when we feel like it", which is the problem...(when we feel like it). Team is still plagued by late arrivals to games and a lack of communication allround during the games. Winter season is now here, (FOOTBALL WEATHER), now the true dedicated lovers of the game will be put to the test. How bad do we want these titles during piss poor conditions? Personally, from the standards I've seen from the top teams in the league, this season is Clavisque's to throw away at will. That's how good I feel our team is (when we decide to play unified and not as solo silent ninjas).

And even though the team played great as a whole on the 23rd against Southbury I would to thank Calvin for a great performance. He has now begun to find his form and is doing well, he's looking more like the player he was last season, maybe even better.
I would also like to thank Lee who I feel has made an immediate impact since joining. He provides Clavisque with more attacking options, skill & determination. Goals also as by the end of this match he had scored 3 goals in 3 appearances.
Good stuff. Let's keep it up.

Clavisque F.C played as a TEAM not as INDIVIDUALS. Every man was supportive of his team mate, which made it easier for us to stringing passes together and create goal scoring opportunities going forward. This also made defending easier as it was not left to 1 or 2 players to carry the team defensively. Instructions were CLEAR, WELL RECEIVED & ACTED UPON this enabled us as a team to develop CHEMISTRY & STRUCTURE to our performance.
So I would like to thank the Clavisque players who took part in this match for a great performance. This should act as a template for how we should play as a team. Definitely something to build on.

Last week on the 23rd Oct 2011 Clavisque F.C. went up against a Southbury side which beat us 5-3 in our previous meeting. However this time around things would be different as we put in what I would deem our best performance of the season. We were focused, relaxed and level headed which in turn led to us playing some very good football against a side that is having a very good season thus far as they're currently top of our division having played 6, won 5 & lost 1. They have also beaten us in our 4 previous meetings. That being said I feel Clavisque showed great character in being able to bounce back in such a manor after suffering a 4-1 defeat to Ballers the previous week.

Great team performance against Southbury in the James Braid Cup 1st leg. We now have a working structure we should keep. Rather than fully changing it, we should buffer, tweak and build on it gradually. Great performance by the new CB, gave us stability.
We go to Southbury this week for the second leg of the fixture with a 4-0 agg lead, this is a great opportunity for us to display our quality further and to show Southbury our ruthless yet professional intentions towards them during the next League match encounter.
During our best matches and performance, Daniel continues to show the leader ship qualities I think the management should pay attention too. Every crewman on a ship display the mentallity of their captain and are influenced by his instructions, examples, discipline and decision making.
We march on, CLAVISQUE FC.
