Clapatria

Clapatria is a metal/rock band with the base in Malmö, Sweden. Our music is emotional and sometimes heavy, all embraced by a touch of melancholic atmosphere. But there is no formula for how a typical Clapatria song must sound.
The lyrics are about emotions, nature and transformation.Clapatria identifies sadness, conflicts and political injustice. Although the music can sound dark, we are striving for harmony. The heaviness in the music can be seen as the strength of transformation towards something better. We would like to create an atmosphere that is melancholic, beautiful and that balances between darkness and lightness.
Patrick and Clara founded Clapatria in 2004 as a project with just 2 members, but is now a band with 4 members.
