It was ruled by the federal court, It is absolutely legal to film Police, it is protected under the First Amendment.

I can understand a public outcry when cops really do violate people's right. But all this cop is trying to do is his job, and all your doing is being a passive aggressive DICK HEAD. Not every single Police Officer is bad.

The problem with an expandable baton is it is an extremely high liability weapon for civilians. If you absolutely feel the need to carry one, learn all of your local and state laws and then seek the proper training, and possibly licensing, I would think in just about all states this would be cons...
