So until Industrials makes new highs it is a warning.

Yes, after a mid year low we get a bounce into 3rd quarter and then hard down.

Althouh it happens less commonly, the example of a head and shoulders BELOW the major top IS a lower double top which is a very bearish formation and of course it depends on which way things break.

It certainly ISN'T always bullish IMO.

Other indications on my local market are actually a bit scary as futures have made new highs and cash has NOT.

Theoretical SPX high is May 11-12 but may be a 12 days late and low is 5-8 July 2013 regardless.
