I loved that they used big words and weren't afraid to not rhyme, I want that lyrical fearlessness back.

I like this a lot better than the album version - there isn't any autotuning or whooshing sounds and I can actually hear her lovely voice. I don't know why they put all of those sounds and "doodoodoo" things on the album version, she doesn't need it.

@mikeo4283 Taste in music is not really indicative of sexual orientation :P But roughly 500 people can't appreciate good pop-punk and are probably just jealous that they'll never write anything this amazing.

@Syrpens How can you tell, since Green Day isn't punk, but pop-punk, which is a completely different genre? If you don't like this song, why did you spend your time listening to it on Youtube? And regardless of genre, this is a beautiful song, lyrically and instrumentally. It's musical simplicity...
