The Circles of San Antonio (COSA) Community Coalition is creating change through collaboration with community stakeholders to educate and motivate the community with the goal of preventing and reducing alcohol and substance abuse.

The coalition is designed to reduce youth access and use of alcohol, tobacco,and other drugs by:
1. Increasing community awareness of the health, social and legal consequences of substance abuse;
2. Mobilizing Bexar County citizens to create insititutional and policy changes in their community;
3. Partnering with community organizations, law enforcement and local businesses; and
4. Improving the overall wellness and safety of the community
