I think the conduits for LEDs would be hazardous. With FOC you can keep the light source far from the water and well above the waterline.

@ghoul64 --As a bike rider (and hot rodder) myself I LOVE speed, but not at the risk of injuring others. Like many of you I've lost too many friends and family to biking accidents so I'm glad this guy didn't get hurt (or hurt someone else), but he shouldn't be doing this on public roads.
